With a couple of 650i fitted with a special lever that could be operated using the left or right hand (prescribed by doctors in accordance to that individual's injury. The handles could operate the vehicle by pulling for acceleration, pushing in for braking, while the other hand was on the knob for steering wheels. Great job BMW!
