Joining in the recent fever of putting anything they can lay hands on to the Nurburgring, Renault had released the video of the Megane R26.R on the record run (for FWD cars) around the N Ring in 8 minutes 17 seconds. To put into perspective, the previous E46 M3 'only' achieved a 8 minute 25 second time.
