Apparently the Chinese government is serious about deploying this for the Anti Terrorists Squad during the Olympic Games, thou we know Jackie Chan is the dealer for Segways in Asia, we can't stop wondering if there's any practicality towards this.
Endgadget had a caption contest going on about this with hilarious stuffs posted on the comments such as:
