Ethanol is HARAM - According to Saudi Muslim Scholar

We know Muslim's weren't allowed to consume Alcohol. But calling Ethanol supposedly 'Haram' is definitely a bit overboard.

A scholar at the Saudi Islamic Jurisprudence Academy, Sheikh Mohamed Al-Najimi had called on Muslim students on the prevention of using Ethanol fuels when they're out of Saudi Arabia, as its essentially quite similar to Alcohol.

Now I'm not very sure of what they would use as sanitizers before injections, but 99% its Alcohol. Anyway, anyone could make a claim before some other people brandishes it through generalization and gets a big hoo haa of left right center; I'm sure those supposedly Saudi students studying abroad are smart enough to know Ethanol's not meant for drinking either. By the way, these are some of the same dimwits who claimed women shouldn't drive. Why bother?
