German tuner Cobra N+ had unveiled Cobra N+ Nissan GTR, even thou the GTR will only be available in Europe by 2009, development for the super car killer is all ready with performance looks licensed to kill. Sporting a deep dark black paintjob with bright yellow streams of decal accentuating the outline of the GTR's extensively wind tunnel-ed body, armed with 21 inch 3 piece 8 double spoke wheels, this is one serious Autobahn/Nurburgring stealth murderer.
Development for the this Cobra N+ GTR is separated to 2 performance levels and 2 trim levels. The 'base' model receives an electronic recalibration of the twin turbos, increasing boost by 0.15 bars, force feeding more air into the combustion chamber through uprated performance air filters, this alons increases output from the 3.8 liter V6 engine to 550hp. Those pressurized exhaust will then funnel through a lightweight stainless steel high performance exhaust system, with 680NM of torque pushing a sub 3.5 second century sprint, of course with more power, comes more responsibility, as the Cobra N+ GTR will be equipped with coil over suspension kits that are fully adjustable, capable of giving the best damping rate and ride height for its owners to ride better at Autobahn, and corner better at Nurburgrings. Sounds crazy? How about a range topper that's packed with 620hp with 800NM of torque?
Whichever output owner decides to shortened the lifespan of their GTR (or themselves), at least they get to choose between two interior trims that's basically on either end of the spectrum between comfort and sport, as there's a luxury spec that features extravagant sewn Alcantara leather seats and door panels, or a race prepped extra lightweight carbon fiber sports seats that comes with six point seatbelt harness complete with full roll cage for that extra safety and exceptional rigidity that are capable of shaving a few tenths off on lap times. Drooling yet? We are, V-Spec? No thanks.
