2008 Paris Motor Show: Further details on Lamborghini Estoque

Following the debut of the Lamborghini Estoque Concept, we now have initial details of the car's dimensions, and it's shocking, as the Estoque had a wheelbase of 3.01 meters, which means it has an effective interior room longer than that of an Audi A6, squatting low with a height of only 1.35 meters and a supercar width of 2 meters. The entire car is a shocking 5.15 meters long. This arrangement allows passengers to have a low slung relax seating position, utilizing leg room to create headroom. The entire mass sits on 22 inch of double 5 spoke rims finished in gloss black paint. The Lamborghini Estoque will only be offered in all time four wheel drive, albeit rear biased to give a more dynamic handling ability while not loosing the planted, bullet train like handling characteristics that of its owner - Audi. Thou there's no mention of what engines will be offered with the Estoque, it's very likely that the V12 in the Murcielago will not be used, instead the V10 from Gallardo or the V8 Twin Turbo would likely be a better candidate. However we wouldn't rule out the use of Audi's V12 TDi, which was recently offered in the range topping Audi Q7. Efficient options would also put into mind the availability of perhaps a V8 TDi.

Following these pictures, you can clearly see the distinctive styling incorporated into this 4 door mega coupe, the Y-Shape day time running lights, the massive air intakes a la Reventon, and those sexy side mirrors are all exquisite attempts from Lamborghini Centro Stile's efforts. Inside the cockpit, the Estoque would spot Lamborghini's second attempt at a full LCD panel, first done in the Reventon to relay crucial information to the driver. These are indeed very exciting details, and we hope to bring you more information both of this, possibly the most exciting vehicle to debut in the Paris Motor Show and plenty of others from this year's most exciting international car show.
