BMW CEO confirms on Electric City Car
Yes, don't be shock looking at the picture. BMW did fiddle with the idea of an electric car awhile back, and it is now confirmed, with BMW CEO Norbert Reithofer confirming that the Project i that BMW is currently embarking on will produce a small city car with two power trains, one running on conventional fuels (Petrol/Diesel) and the other one purely powered by the discovery of Benjamin Franklin. The electric car's target distance per charge would be a staggering 200 miles between charge (Chevrolet Volt only 40 miles) The vehicle, which is most likely spawned from the collaboration with small car expert Fiat . Let's just hope to see it soon and no BMW, please do not put the one pictured above into production.
