2008 Paris Motor Show: Sexy's Back! Mercedes Concept FASCINATION

Just look at it, awe over it. Mercedes will premier this Concept FASCINATION at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, showing BMW that going niche doesn't always means scaring the shit out of little children. This concept, adapting a uber long shooting brake concept, might be the kind of new segment that Audi was reported to be developing with the A5, a swooping back, two door hatch cum coupe. Giving a sporty coupe profile without the compromise on luggage (If you view it from a coupe or gran tourers' perspective) or a wagon that's seriously impractical.

Nonetheless, the front fascia, sporting split headlights of the new E-Class and a rear from the Mazda 6? And of course, which concept car doesn't come with crazy interiors and amenities that you can see but cannot buy? The Concept FASCINATION comes with a leather, aluminium, wood clad interior, a load floor at the black finished with wood and aluminium linings, which then opens to reveal a set of binoculars and a 'high quality digital camera' sporting Leica lens (Panasonic?) and with a push of a button, a compartment housing a humidor (refrigerator) will rise up, perfect for a picnic day out (With your wife, 2 children and leaving the third at home we supposed). And of course, which picnic day out car would want to kill the flowers as they drive by? This concept FASCINATION is equipped with Mercedes' 4 cylinder 2.2 liter BLUETEC with AdBlue Technology engine displacing a healthy 202hp and presumably, very very clean emissions.

Drooling? We are, alas, we're not the Sultan of Brunei, but we could at least stop by WheelHQ.com for some best selection of Mercedes Wheels on the net.
