The publication famous for showing how the rich and famous should live their lives, or reminding poor and needy why they should just kill themselves had picked their car of the year for 2009 - The Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, for of course the style, glamor, handling, power and pure lunacy in its Origami-styled body over a number of other equally impressive, if not better, supercars like the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, the impressive Nissan GTR.
Of course in the automotive world, there could be arguments such as the ZR1 being able to lap the Nurbugring faster than almost anything that comes with four wheels and a name that someone could actually remember how to spell or pronounce, or the Nissan GTR that defies logic from the price per performance one will be getting.
Well, you know what? This is Robb Report, and sporting the same badge as an Aveo, or development costs buoyed by bore-mobiles such as the Nissan Tiida (Versa) is never a good thing. So are you still wandering why you're never invited to Hilton's parties? Blame your parents, or great great grands.
