A Japanese newspaper Nikkei had reorted (thou unsourced) that Toyota is currently embarking on Solar Power again. Stating that Toyota's looking at having partially solar assisted vehicles (presumably a hybrid which was outfitted with solar power for certain equipments on board).Not only that, it also states that there could be a production car running entirely on solar power alone. Feasible? We doubt, as of now, a full 2 meter by 3 meter panel that powers those Eco racers could only do so with a one passenger layout that sweats like a pig whilst racing. Nonetheless, the inclusion of solar power seems like a good bet to synergize multiple source of renewable energy.
