CAR Magazine again does the automotive 007 with these images of what seems like the new interior for the Jaguar XK, gone again is the Jaguar's J-Gate, an automotive equivalent to Walkman casette players in an iPOD era. Also spotted, are of course the new multimedia interface seen on the Jaguar XF. So will this be just an update to the interior? Hopefully not, as its rumored that a whole new styling theme for Jaguar will be underway for the XK. Not a model change, but somewhat like a complete change on the fundamentals of the car, the body panels, the re-calibrated engines, and dynamics. They better get it done well, as I personally hated the Jaguar XK, no matter how capable it is, it looks exactly like a cheaper version of Aston Martin. Will the new XK carry similar design cues as the rumored XF Coupe pictured here? Again hopefully not, as these rendered images of a possible XF Coupe is horribly out of proportion. Let's see how far the cat could leap this time around. Hope it doesn't go the way of Indian Tigers under Tata's ownership.
