SLR Replacement: Mercedes SLC Gullwing Interior Spied!

The much spied Mercedes SLC Gullwing, where since the splitting of Mercedes and McLaren officially on production cars, Mercedes had embarked on their own on this SLR replacement project of an even more powerful, faster, more luxury, lighter sportscar aimed directly at the likes of Lamborghini Murcielago or Ferrari 599GTB. Now, this is the first time the interior was spied through what seems like a scanned copy of photos taken during road tests. We can clearly see the steering wheel was derived from the C63AMG, likewise gearshifts and Mercedes Kommand (MMI / iDrive etc) knob is also the same. Of course, in times like these, ransacking parts bin would be a good option nonetheless. One thing I must say thou, the thing I hated most about the SLR was the lacklustre (almost ugly) interior with a hug 'SLR' logo emblazoning the center, this, looks much nicer. But is it a bit too nice to even see fit in an SLK or CLK? Should something like the SLC sport designs that should be more extreme or exotic in the making? To us, good as thou it is, there should be a sense of drama in its execution, much like the Pagani Zonda or Alfa 8C. Boring, functional designs in cars like these are just a bit too lazy in our opinion.
