Ricers: Difference between a Proton Satria Batmobile White Knight and Proton Sagaru

This might look like Malaysia's Batmobile should Gotham City became Bandaraya GodDamn, and Dark Knight decides he needs a white ride for daytime travel. Oh and ironically, the Proton Satria (some might not recognize) actually means Proton Knight, as Satria is Knight's direct translation in Malay. Anyway, we've all heard people complaining about ricers, the wings, spoilers, diffusers and extremely large tailpipes are a phenomenon all over the world. To explain abit on the term ricer, it actually came from USA, and most such spoiler spoilers were mostly Asians with their Honda Civics, Americans start calling these as 'Ricers' where Asians mostly eat rice, and it rhymes like Racers in another way. As most regard ricers as tasteless modifiers that unnecessarily adds stuffs to their cars that would actually slow them up thou they themselves feels 'faster'. This caught plenty to start calling everything they see with spoilers and hood vents as ricers, but actually, there are some differences in ricers within ricers. Have a look at these two, a Proton Satria with Ultraman + Batman + Whatever Superhero rides you can term of would immediately qualify itself as an epitome of what the term 'Ricer' means. However, we could clearly see, this owner did some performance upgrades as well, this Satria is turbocharged, and probably he might argue that the hood vents are for ventilation purposes, and those spoilers perhaps helps when he's going 400km/h.

Next, we have this Subaru Imsagra or Proton Sagreza that had a huge hood scoop, huge rear spoiler and bodykits with no performance mod, but overall a bodykit conversion that looked much more tastefully done in comparison to that abomination of white knight Proton Batmobile. Now, will the real ricer please stand up? Which in your opinion would actually be the ricest of the lot? Is it wrong for owners of cars with a puny 1.3ltr engine to mod their cars so it looks more (ehem) better? Or modification on cars should only come if you turbocharged your engine?
