Mazda unveiled the new Mazda 3 'Smile Like You Never Smile Enough' Edition, 5 door hatchback. What you're looking at here, is not exactly an entirely new designed chassis, but rather a reuse of the current platform, with everything new, perhaps except the roof. Before you go 'duh... cheaters..' you must remember, its not a bad thing at all, as nothing's wrong with the current Mazda 3, except that its around in the market for around 5 years. So, new interior, new exterior, revised engines, everything without the amortization costs of a new car. Translates to? Hopefully a cheaper selling price. (Which is very unlikely), but that definitely spells higher profit, thus safeguarding the income tax of Japanese citizens. So thoughtful of Mazda huh? Either way, let's hope to see them get it on the road quickly.
