This is Hyundai's next generation coupe, the Genesis Coupe, derived from the same 5-Star crash test platform of the Genesis sedan, with its svelte looks and good handling RWD characteristics, is sure to be a success for Hyundai. However as we all know RWD are most of the time more crash-prone to FWD cars as we're not exactly required to manhandle a power slide to get our license. Now as reported earlier on, the Hyundai Genesis Coupe had went on sale in Korea, and options includes a 2.0 liter Turbo charged version, its not a surprise to see one ended like what you're seeing below. And you could see the chassis holds itself rather well with this complete write-off crash, with not even a hint of chassis warping, given the immense impact.
However there's a problem, where perhaps Hyundai might answer "Don't worry sir, faulty airbags are also covered by our extensive warranty."
