GEM :" It's dangerous to drive at night." What?!

Road Safety champion GEM Motoring Assist is warning drivers of the increased dangers of driving in darkness. To quote Chief Exec of GEM David Williams, he said that "SCIENCE showed us that human eyes performs best in daylight, and images are sharpest and easier to detect motions. At night we see only a tenth of what we pick up in broad daylight."

Now I see, I guessed their next scientific research would prove its dangerous for human beings to get hit by cars.

They could be the inventor of solar powered torch lights as well.
