Pagani to build new facility in Italy

The likes of British so-called-supercar-manufacturers (that comes and goes from time to time) should have a look at this. Pagani's new facility slated to be built in Modena, Italy to go head on with neighbor Ferrari. Tho the new facility will of course be equipped with Star Trek like modern technologies, Pagani will still stick to sourcing the heart of their supercars from AMG. The new facility will be fully operational by 2010, mainly producing the upcoming Pagani supercar scooped earlier on.

A moment of thought, it's never an easy task for independent supercar manufacturers to make it within the ranks of Ferrari, Lamborghini or Porsche; as heritage, most often than not are likely the make it or loose it dominant factor, even plenty of British manufacturers, the likes of Noble, TVR, Ascari, were all humpty dumpty trying to climb the wall of supercars after so many years, however Pagani, (perhaps the name) were able to do so in relatively short time, and all without the need of even investing billions in engine development, which proves Mr Pagani's focus of an outrageous exterior, outrageously luxurious interior, coupled with some carefully balanced suspension and handling, is all he needs before sending his invoices to Mercedes for some ferocious AMG engines. Read that Brits?
