2008 Paris Motor Show: Mitsubishi teases us with.... err..

This is all that was shown by Mitsubishi for it's 'mysterious' Paris Motor Show new debut. It should be a production model from what we can see, as there are no extensive LEDs or weird sculpted surfaces. And the car should not be too huge as towards the end, the bumper is already wrapping up the car up front. Lastly, it doesn't have a projection headlamp, suggesting this should be a small, Mitubishi production car with the new family 'ibuA' grills (No award for those who catch my drift)- So it has to be this. Which honestly we're very disappointed as we cannot find any other hints that suggests no it's not.
Update: There's now hints that this preview could be a third derivative to the Lancer family, which is currently believed to be called Lancer Cross Country. Still, it doesn't look very much like a Lancer. What are your thoughts?
