Hardly believable, the recent petrol price hike had affected sales of the excellent new S-Class, which is Mercedes-Benz' most profitable car contributing 25% of profits.
With US sales dropped by 23% and worldwide sales down 12% compare to prior year, Daimler is looking at shifting car sales to emerging markets such as China and Russia.
In contrast sales of C-Class had risen by 38% but we couldn't deny the fact it's largely due to the new arrival of the C-Class.
