Ford is seriously in big trouble

Ford Flex, the sleek, crisp new Ford that FoMoCo (Ford Motor Company) is banging on heavily to sell in huge numbers; with a clever interior and a very frugal 3.5 V6 engine looks set to be Ford's most important mid range model to date. If proved a success, which it had already receive tons of good reviews and plenty consumers are looking forward to, is a gleam sight of Ford's turnover.

Dropping behind Volkswagen and slotted in as the 4th largest manufacturer now, Ford posted a phenomenal loss of 8.7 Billion USD dollars during the first 2 quarters of 2008, Ford had begun on it's cost cutting measures, laying off employees, shutting down production plants and selling off Jaguar, Aston Martin and Land Rover (Volvo might be the next on the chopping board); nothing seems to be able to turn Ford around, and they decided it's a good idea to lay off Richard Gresens, the genius designer behind the Ford Flex.

FoMoCo is seriously in deep trouble to even make such a move.
